The Secretariat of Kolhufushi Island Council (“hereinafter referred to as the “Council”) invites eligible investors, (locals and foreign) to register their interest by submitting a letter for the Design, Development, Operation, and Management of 9.79 hectares of M. Dhihthun’di Island (hereinafter referred to as the “Island”) as an integrated tourism zone.

(The Island is attached as Annex I)

1. Interested parties should register before 25th February 2024, at 1330 hours, via Letter. The registration letter request shall be submitted via email to info@kolhufushi.gov.mv. Only registered parties shall be allowed to Purchase Bid Documents and Information sessions.
2. An information session will be held both physically and virtually on 26th February 2024, 1100, hours.
3. Bid Documents will be available to purchase from 26th February 2024, 1300, hours to 29th February 2024, 1300, hours from the Secretariat Kolhufushi Island Council.
4. Bidders or their representatives must be present with sealed Bids 10 minutes before the start of the Bid opening session on 06th March 2024, 1300, hours at the Secretariat of the M. Kolhufushi Island Council or any other venue that the Council may announce. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the Bid Opening session.
